10th Redding Health Expo Run/Walk

Lace up for the 10th Redding Health Expo Run/Walk, set to take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in scenic Redding, California. This popular 5K run/walk invites participants of all ages and abilities to kick off a day of health and wellness. The course winds through the picturesque Sacramento River Trail, offering a refreshing and largely flat experience with an elevation gain of just 57 feet, making it ideal for both seasoned runners and casual walkers. Starting and finishing in the alley on the north/Sundial side of the Redding Civic Auditorium, the event provides a convenient and central location for participants.

Race day registration and packet pickup open at 7:00 AM, with the 5K races, including a dedicated Kids 5K, beginning promptly at 8:00 AM. Runners can anticipate typical race day conditions with highs around 92°F and lows around 63°F, and only a 4% chance of precipitation. Beyond the physical challenge, this event stands out as it precedes the Redding Health Expo, a free, immersive experience celebrating community health and wellness.
