The 10K course winds through the picturesque trails of Burke Lake Park, featuring a mostly paved route with a short section of gravel. Runners can expect limited elevation gains, making for a generally flat and fast experience, as the 10K consists of two out-and-back loops of the 5K course. Two water stations are strategically placed along the 5K loop, offering aid at approximately mile markers 0.7 and 2.4, with Gatorade available at some stops, ensuring runners are well-hydrated throughout their journey. Typical race day conditions in mid-March often bring highs around 53°F and lows of 32°F, with a 12% chance of precipitation, providing cool and invigorating running weather.

Beyond the course, the Leprechaun Leap offers a comprehensive race experience. Participants will receive a finisher's medal, a technical (Drifit) event shirt, and chip timing.
