The course is predominantly smooth singletrack, with minimal pavement, but runners can expect a few short, technical sections laden with rocks and roots, along with numerous short ups and downs and several creek crossings. The 5-mile course involves approximately 300-331 feet of elevation gain, while the 10-mile distance doubles the fun with around 600-625 feet of climbing.
