Tiki Trot 5k, Beer Mile & Tiki-tizer Mile

Get ready to experience a unique blend of fitness and festivities at the Tiki Trot 5k, Beer Mile & Tiki-tizer Mile on Saturday, May 9, 2026, in scenic Williamsport, MD. This exciting event unfolds at Bowman Business Park, with all races commencing and concluding in the lively parking area nestled between Cushwa Brewing Co and Interchange Tiki Bar & Brewery, setting the stage for an unforgettable race day and after-party.

Runners can choose from a variety of distances, including a 5K (3.1 miles) road race that navigates lightly rolling, paved roads around the two breweries. For those seeking an unconventional challenge, the Beer Mile (1 mile) invites participants aged 21 and over to complete four flat, paved laps around the business park, each beginning with the consumption of a 12 oz. beer provided by Interchange Tiki Bar & Brewery. Alternatively, the High Thai'd themed Tiki-tizer Mile (1 mile), open to ages 12 and up, features four laps with a Tiki-tizer SLIDER consumed before each circuit, complete with bottled water. Younger participants can join the fun with the Tiki Tikes Kid's Fun run, a 0.5-mile dash.

Typical race day conditions in early May feature comfortable highs around 73°F and lows of 53°F, with a minimal 16% chance of precipitation. All participants receive a race technical t-shirt, a finisher award, and a complimentary beverage from one of the breweries (craft beer for 21+, soda/juice for under 21).
