2025 Virtual G-man 5k

Lace up your shoes and hit the pavement anywhere you choose for the 6th Annual Virtual G-man 5K, running from August 1 to November 6, 2026. This unique virtual event, organized out of Alexandria, VA, invites participants to complete a 3.1-mile run or walk on their own personally created course, at a time that suits them best within the expansive race window. It's an unparalleled opportunity to challenge yourself while making a profound difference, as all proceeds directly benefit the FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) Memorial College Fund (MCF), which has provided over $14 million in college scholarships to more than 315 students.

Whether you prefer a scenic park trail, a familiar neighborhood loop, or even your treadmill, the Virtual G-man 5K offers complete flexibility. You can even choose to integrate your 5K into another local race you plan to run. Participants are encouraged to select their ideal running conditions, making the typical August highs around 88°F and lows around 70°F with a 15% chance of precipitation in Alexandria, VA, a non-factor in your personal race day experience. Every registered runner will receive a commemorative race bib and a distinctive 5K finisher's medal, mailed out starting in mid-September, to celebrate their achievement and contribution.
