2026 Cullman Summer Track and Field Camp

Step onto the track at the 2026 Cullman Summer Track and Field Camp, an engaging five-day experience dedicated to developing young athletes in Cullman, AL. Held at the state-of-the-art Oliver Woodard Stadium from Monday, June 1, to Friday, June 5, 2026, this camp offers a comprehensive introduction to various track and field disciplines for all ages and skill levels. Participants can anticipate typical early June conditions, with highs around 84°F and lows near 61°F, alongside a modest 15% chance of precipitation, creating a warm and generally clear environment for training and competition.

More than just a single race, this immersive camp provides hands-on coaching across a spectrum of events, including sprinting, hurdles, horizontal jumps, high jump, pole vault, shot put, discus throw, javelin throw, and mid-distance running. Led by Cullman Track and Field Program Head Coach Trent Dean, alongside college athletes specializing in various events, campers are organized into training groups (Cheetahs, Falcons, and Eagles) and rotate through different stations to receive focused instruction. The week culminates in an exciting Track and Field Meet on Friday, June 5, where athletes will have the chance to apply their learned skills and compete for medals awarded to the top three in each event, age group, and gender. The meet even offers the unique opportunity to compete against Arab's Summer Track and Field team.
