Athletes can dive into either an 800M or 1 Mile (1600M) challenge within the scenic Norristown River, with the longer distance comprising two loops of the 800M course. Organized by French Creek Racing, this event is celebrated for its blend of fierce competition and infectious camaraderie, offering heats that range from highly competitive surges to more relaxed "party" waves.
