3RD RYAN LAMBERT MEMORIAL 5K

This inspiring event offers participants the chance to run or walk a 5K, with a special 100m Kiddie Dash for younger aspiring athletes kicking off at 8:45 AM, followed by the main 5K at 9:00 AM. The race is a heartfelt tribute to Ryan Andrew Lambert, dedicated to raising vital awareness and funds for Vietnam Veteran programs throughout Delaware and the American Foundation for Suicide Awareness (AFSP).

Runners and walkers will enjoy a "Fast & Flat out & back 3.11 mile course" through the charming roads of Bowers Beach, promising a scenic and potentially fast effort. Typical race day conditions in mid-June feature comfortable highs around 83°F and lows around 64°F, with a relatively low 14% chance of precipitation, creating pleasant running weather.
