This unique endurance event, presented by the Indiana Trail Running Association, is less of a race and more of a "glorified training run" designed for camaraderie and self-challenge. Participants will tackle a main single-track loop spanning approximately 6 miles, with an option for a shorter, rugged 3-mile loop. The course is known for its picturesque scenery and significant elevation changes, including sharp ridges and creek crossings, ensuring that even experienced trail runners will find their pace slower than anticipated.

The 8-hour format invites you to complete as many loops as you desire within the time limit, making it an ideal opportunity to push your limits or simply enjoy the beautiful "Little Smokies" terrain at your own pace. The start and finish are conveniently located at the Recreation Center next to Rally Camp 1, which serves as a central base camp for the day. Here, a staffed aid station will provide support, complemented by a fill-up station about two miles into the main loop.
