AATC Indoor Mini Meet

Escape the chill of a Michigan winter and unleash your speed at the AATC Indoor Mini Meet, taking place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in Ypsilanti, MI. This annual event, hosted by the Ann Arbor Track Club, provides a unique opportunity for adults (18 years and older) to test their fitness in a supportive yet competitive indoor environment. Runners can challenge themselves in the classic 1-mile distance, or choose from other exciting track and field events including the 200-meter, 800-meter, 60-meter dash, a 600/300/300/600m medley relay, and even a standing long jump.

The meet is held at the Lincoln Athletic Building (LAB), utilizing its modern 300-meter indoor track. This ensures a consistent, flat course, free from the typical race day conditions for this time of year in Ypsilanti, which include highs around 34F and lows near 19F, with a 6% chance of precipitation. The AATC Indoor Mini Meet cultivates a welcoming atmosphere where participants can aim for a personal best or simply treat it as an engaging interval workout. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with check-in from 6:30 p.m. to 6:50 p.m., and the first event kicks off at 7:00 p.m.

The meet offers age and gender-graded results, with awards for the top three overall and top three age-graded participants in each event. New this year, awards will also be given for the top three overall male and female competitors based on combined places across all individual events.
