This one-mile race, dreamed up by the Eastern Market Brewing Run Club, offers an unconventional twist: participants must consume four delicious hot dogs, one before each of the four quarter-mile laps, around the historic Eastern Market. The course promises a flat, fast track, consisting of all left turns, with the start and finish lines positioned directly in front of Eastern Market Brewing Company on Riopelle Street. While the immediate start/finish and hot dog eating area will be closed, the remainder of the course is open, inviting runners to stay aware of their lively surroundings.
