Get ready for a truly unique coastal challenge at the Bay St. Louis Running Co. Run+SUP, taking place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in the charming locale of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. This event, hosted by the Bay St. Louis Running Company, is celebrated as one of America's must-do coastal races and combines a scenic 5K run with an exhilarating 1-mile stand-up paddleboard (SUP) race, offering both individual and 2-person relay categories. For those who prefer to stay on land, a 5K-only option is also available.

The 5K course is an out-and-back route along the picturesque beach sidewalk, providing stunning coastal views with minimal elevation change. Following the run, participants transition seamlessly to the water for the 1-mile SUP race, which heads out, then south, parallel to the beautiful shoreline before returning. Participants are encouraged to bring their own paddleboards or arrange for a rental in advance through Sip Paddle Rental. Typical race day conditions in early August include highs around 91°F and lows around 76°F, with a 22% chance of precipitation.
