Beer City 20K Relay and 5K

Lace up for a unique blend of competition and celebration at the Beer City 20K Relay and 5K, set to take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, in scenic Asheville, NC. This event, now in its fifth year, is proudly hosted at the renowned New Belgium Brewing at 21 Craven Street, serving as both the start and finish line for all races. Participants can choose to tackle the individual 5K or 10K, or rally a team for the 20K relay, where each team member completes a 5K loop. The course itself is an engaging challenge, featuring a 5K out-and-back along the West River Arts District Greenway. Runners can expect a "South slope into the river Arts District with lots of Hill," promising a beautiful yet demanding experience as you run along the French Broad River. A single water stop will be available at the turnaround point near the French Broad River Park to keep you hydrated.
