Caliente Off Road 5K

This exciting event, a highlight of the Centex Race Series, promises a thrilling experience on a brand-new cross-country style off-road course winding through the scenic Long Branch Park. Runners can anticipate typical race day conditions with highs around 98F and lows around 74F, offering a true test against the "Texas Heat".

The Caliente Off Road 5K is renowned for its unique course that invites participants to conquer sizzling trails within Long Branch Park, located at 1101 Branch Drive, Killeen, TX. The race kicks off at 8:00 AM CDT, providing an early start to tackle the off-road terrain. As part of the Centex Race Series, all finishers will earn points, contributing to their series standing. Participants can also look forward to commemorating their achievement with a race t-shirt, guaranteed for all pre-registered runners, while the first 120 registrants will also receive a special race bag. Awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners, along with the top three male and female finishers in each age group.
