Campus Life 5k - The FROZEN 5k!

Lace up your running shoes for the 12th Annual Campus Life 5k, affectionately known as "The FROZEN 5k!", taking place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, in sunny Fresno, California. This beloved, family-friendly event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages to the scenic Woodward Park, with the start and finish lines conveniently located near the Mountain View Shelter. Participants can choose from a 3.1-mile (5K) run/walk or a quarter-mile Kids' Fun Run, perfect for younger athletes aged 2-7. A virtual race option is also available for those unable to attend in person.

The course itself offers a road surface with some gentle hills, providing an engaging challenge for all abilities and is even stroller-friendly. Beyond the run, this event truly embraces its "FROZEN" moniker, not with actual ice, but with an array of refreshing post-race treats. Cross the finish line and cool down with delicious breakfast options, invigorating acai bowls from Tower Blendz, and cold brew coffee from Lanna Coffee. Typical race day conditions in early May feature pleasant weather, with highs around 82°F and lows around 56°F, and only a 2% chance of precipitation.
