Participants will tackle the 4.3-mile Turkey Oak Trail-Outer Loop, a course renowned for its smooth surface and minimal elevation gain of just 190 feet per loop. This "flat and fast" design provides an excellent opportunity for runners to log significant mileage while immersing themselves in the natural beauty of South Carolina, featuring scenic views of pine, turkey oak, blackjack oak, and hickory trees, along with sightings of red cockaded woodpeckers, deer, and various bird species.
