The route takes you through a single lap of the beautiful Seymour Lieberman Trail Loop, starting and finishing in the vibrant Eastern Glades section of the park, where the post-race festivities await.

Designed to promote fitness, wellness, and team camaraderie, the CHORD ENERGY HOUSTON CORPORATE 5K is more than just a race; it's an after-work happy hour complete with refreshments and live entertainment. With the event spread over three days, company teams have a flexible 2.5-hour window each day to complete their 5K.
