Expect a demanding climb with sections of steep single track and even loose rocks requiring hand-over-foot scrambling on the final push to Mt. Typical race day conditions in mid-August feature pleasant highs around 90F and lows around 67F, with only a 2% chance of precipitation, creating an ideal setting for high-alpine running.
