Baldy at 11,068 feet. The clockwise course immediately plunges into a steep ascent through subalpine forests and vibrant Albion Meadows, offering captivating views of Devils Castle and Cecret Lake. Expect a demanding climb with sections of steep single track and even loose rocks requiring hand-over-foot scrambling on the final push to Mt. Baldy, testing your grit and strength against the mountain.

The adventure continues with a "gloriously gnarly descent" down Mt. Baldy's northwest ridge, a section known for its steepness and potential for snowy patches, demanding careful footing. Runners will navigate past the Wildcat Lift and Watson Shelter before a final stretch on a service road returns them to the festive finish line at Goldminer's Daughter.
