City of Stuart Sailfish Sprint 5K/10K

Embark on a picturesque journey through the charming "Sailfish Capital of the World" at the 9th Annual City of Stuart Sailfish Sprint 5K/10K on Saturday, February 28, 2026. This popular event, held in conjunction with the Marathon of the Treasure Coast, offers an engaging experience for runners of all levels, starting and finishing conveniently at Memorial Park in Downtown Stuart. The course guides participants through the historic parts of the city, providing scenic views that make for a memorable run and an excellent opportunity to achieve a personal record.

Runners can choose between the 5K or 10K distances, with a prompt 7:00 AM start, ensuring a cool beginning to the race. Typical race day conditions in late February boast pleasant highs around 77F and lows around 60F, with a minimal 8% chance of precipitation, creating ideal running weather. Aid stations are well-equipped with bottled water in coolers and a nutrition table, with one water stop serving the 5K (a double stop) and two for the 10K course. Finisher medals await all participants, along with age group awards and a souvenir race tech shirt for the first 300 registered.
