Participants can choose between two chip-timed waves: an earlier start for those aiming for a speedy finish (under 25 minutes) and a later wave for a more relaxed run or walk, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere for all. Hydration will be provided on the course by partners such as Red Hammer Physical Therapy.
