Colorado Women's Classic 10 Miler

Get ready to celebrate community and the joy of running at the Colorado Women's Classic 10 Miler, 10K, and 5K, happening on May 10, 2026, in Westminster, CO! This event, held at the Westminster Promenade Terrace (10600 Westminster Blvd), embraces runners of all genders, offering a supportive and festive atmosphere that makes it a perfect Mother's Day weekend tradition.

The course is primarily flat, making it accessible for personal bests or a comfortable scenic run. It follows the Big Dry Creek Trail, featuring a mostly concrete surface with some sections of hard-packed gravel and a few wooden footbridges. While largely flat, the course does present some minor elevation changes, with an overall gain of less than 200 feet, and follows an out-and-back format, requiring runners to stay to the right. On race day, expect typical conditions around 68°F for highs and 42°F for lows, with only a 10% chance of precipitation, providing excellent running weather.

Participants in the 10 Miler will benefit from four well-stocked aid stations along the course, offering water, an electrolyte drink, and even energy gels at the northernmost station. Every finisher receives a fresh flower, and 10 Miler participants earn a remarkable medal. The race is known for its "goodies," including free photo downloads, chip timing, a women-centric expo with delicious treats like gluten-free cupcakes, and super soft race shirts with women's specific cuts.
