The courses traverse 960 acres of beautiful and varied terrain, immersing participants in the natural splendor of north-central Pennsylvania. Expect to navigate mountain trails, encountering rocks, mud, and roots as you wind through rolling hills, flats, ferns, trees, and alongside streams. While the 5K offers a scenic run with varying difficulty, it's noted as "nothing too steep," making it a great option for those new to trail running. For the longer 25K, aid stations will be strategically placed, offering water and refreshments to keep you fueled, with refreshments also available at the finish for all participants.
