This challenging 18.9-mile loop is a highlight of the non-competitive series presented by the Uptown Gentlefriends, inviting runners to experience the historic Delaware & Raritan Canal path in New Jersey and the Delaware Canal towpath in Pennsylvania. The course is predominantly flat, composed of finely crushed stone and hard-packed dirt, offering picturesque river views and multiple bridge crossings as it flows from Trenton to Frenchtown, starting and finishing at the Bull's Island Recreation Area.
