This brand-new 5K event invites runners and walkers of all abilities to join a vibrant community celebration focused on health and wellness, all while directly supporting the education and scholarship opportunities for future physicians.

The Doc Trot 5K promises a delightful experience on its scenic course winding through the medical campus. With typical race day conditions seeing comfortable highs around 56°F and lows around 36°F, and only a 10% chance of precipitation, it’s ideal weather for a refreshing run. Participants will receive an official race t-shirt, a custom race bib, professional timing with live results, and a finish line video to commemorate their achievement. Top finishers will also be recognized with custom podium awards.

Beyond the personal bests and community spirit, every stride at the Doc Trot 5K contributes to a vital cause. Packet pickup begins at 8:00 AM, with the race starting at 9:00 AM, followed by an awards ceremony.
