DU Dash

While the spirit of the race emanates from Memphis, TN, this flexible challenge allows you to participate on your own course, at your own pace, anywhere you choose. Offering both 10K and 5K run/walk distances, the DU Dash stands out with its innovative "5k Any Way" option, inviting you to bike, swim, rollerblade, or even kayak your way to the finish line, supporting waterfowl and wetlands conservation.
