Celebrate Independence Day with a spirited run at the Eagle 5K, 10K, & 13.1M in picturesque Bel Air, Maryland, on July 4, 2026! Kicking off at 8:00 AM at Cedar Lane Regional Park, this event promises a fantastic blend of fitness and community spirit, welcoming runners of all levels. The course features an exciting, scenic out-and-back route on paved trails, allowing participants to enjoy the beautiful views of Harford County. The 5K navigates a 1.56-mile section twice, while 10K runners complete this segment four times. For those tackling the half marathon, the challenge involves six loops of a 2.18-mile out-and-back course. With a generous 3-hour and 30-minute time limit, there’s ample opportunity to achieve a personal best.

Runners can anticipate typical race day conditions with highs around 90F and lows around 74F, accompanied by a 16% chance of precipitation, so prepare accordingly for a summer race. Finisher medals await all who cross the finish line, and for those who embrace the festive spirit, special awards will be given for the best costumes. Packet pickup begins at 7:30 AM, concluding ten minutes before the 8:00 AM start, and all participants must register online through RunSignup as there is no on-site registration.
