Eagle 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Charlotte, NC (27)

Prepare for an exhilarating Independence Day run at the Eagle 5K, 10K, & 13.1M in Charlotte, NC, taking place on July 4, 2026. This event promises an electrifying race day experience for all participants. Starting promptly at 8:30 AM from the picturesque Mallard Creek Playground, across from Mallard Creek Elementary School, runners will embark on a scenic out-and-back course.

The course is characterized by a challenging hill at the outset, which runners will also conquer on their way to the triumphant finish line. Whether you're tackling the 5K (one loop), the 10K (two loops), or the ultimate half marathon (four loops), the terrain offers both a fun challenge and engaging views. Half marathon participants have a generous 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete their race. Typical race day conditions in early July include highs around 91F and lows around 69F, with a 14% chance of precipitation.

Every finisher will be celebrated with a well-deserved medal, making your accomplishment tangible.
