Eagle 5K, & 10K at Knoxville, TN (30)

Lace up your running shoes for the Eagle 5K & 10K, set to take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, in scenic Knoxville, Tennessee. This engaging event, held at beautiful Adair Park, offers runners the choice of a 5K or 10K distance, promising a memorable morning for all participants. The race kicks off bright and early at 8:30 AM, with packet pickup available starting 30 minutes before the race near the Knoxville Parks & Recreation building.

Runners will navigate a welcoming out-and-back course, allowing for a consistent pace and the chance to take in the park's surroundings. The 5K distance completes two loops of the course, while the 10K challenges runners with four loops, making it an excellent opportunity to test your endurance and track your progress. Typical race day conditions for late July in Knoxville include highs around 88°F and lows around 67°F, with a 20% chance of precipitation. All finishers will be awarded a medal to commemorate their achievement, and participants are encouraged to embrace the fun by dressing in their best costumes for a chance at an award.
