Embark on an inspiring 3.1-mile journey at the Escape Belle Isle 5K Run and Ruck Powered by CoStar Group on Saturday, May 2, 2026, in scenic Richmond, VA. Runners and ruckers will navigate a diverse terrain featuring some hills, paved sidewalks, and gravel paths, offering an engaging and varied route. The course takes you along 2nd Street, E Byrd Street, 5th Street towards the river, and Tredegar Street before crossing the pedestrian bridge to loop around Belle Isle, turning back at a wooden bridge, and returning to the Virginia War Memorial. Those opting for the ruck division can compete for top honors by carrying prescribed weights (25 lbs for females, 35 lbs for males), or participate for the experience, with all registered ruckers receiving an exclusive challenge coin and patch.
