Every Hour Every Day 5K

Lace up for a meaningful journey through the heart of Towson at the Every Hour Every Day 5K on Saturday, May 9, 2026. This spirited event invites runners and walkers of all abilities to take on the 5K (3.1M) or a 1-Mile Fun Walk, celebrating community and supporting a vital cause. As Downtown Towson's only 5K race, participants can expect a unique urban experience, and typical race day conditions in early May often bring pleasant highs around 75°F and lows near 58°F, with just a 15% chance of precipitation.

The chip-timed 5K course starts and finishes at the Baltimore County Public Safety Building at 700 E Joppa Rd, guiding participants through the vibrant streets of Towson. Runners are expected to complete the 3.1-mile course within one hour. A single water stop will be available on the 5K course, with additional water at the finish line for all participants. What truly sets this race apart is its strong partnership with the Baltimore County Police Department, with all proceeds benefiting the Baltimore County Police Foundation. This connection is further highlighted by unique post-race festivities, including demonstrations and photo opportunities with K9 dogs, the Tactical Team, Marine Unit, Helicopter, Forensics Unit, and Honor Guard, providing a memorable experience for all ages.

Participants will receive an Under Armour T-shirt, a special finisher's medal, and a custom bib, making for cherished keepsakes.
