Firehawk 5k & 1 Mile

Lace up for the 4th Annual Firehawk 5k & 1 Mile, an exciting event supporting the UT Southern Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field programs. Join runners, walkers, and supporters on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the UT Southern East Campus in Pulaski, TN. The 5k race kicks off at 8:00 AM, followed by the 1 Mile Fun Run at 9:15 AM, offering a fantastic community experience for all ages and fitness levels.

The Firehawk 5k features a distinctive cross-country course, predominantly grass with solid footing and minimal turns. Runners will navigate the scenic campus grounds, with the route concluding on a soccer field after a "solid downhill grade".
