Participants will enjoy a beautifully paved trail at Riverpoint Park, described as a great scenic and fast out-and-back course, ideal for a perfect winter run.
The 3.1-mile (5K) course starts and finishes at Riverpoint Park, located at 3701 Amnicola Hwy. Runners can expect water stations approximately every 1.5 miles to keep them hydrated. Typical race day conditions in early February show highs around 54°F and lows around 34°F, with an 18% chance of precipitation, truly living up to the "Freakin Freezin" name and challenging your determination.
All finishers will be celebrated with a custom medal, and awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female runners, as well as top masters, grand masters, senior grand masters, and age group winners.
