The Frigid Beast Feast course is a distinctive 3-mile loop that winds along the scenic Tickfaw River, immersing runners in four vibrant Louisiana ecosystems: a cypress/tupelo swamp, a bottomland hardwood forest, a mixed pine/hardwood forest, and the river itself. The terrain is described as flat or nearly flat, primarily consisting of groomed trails and dirt roads, offering a runnable yet engaging experience.
