Runners will navigate a mostly flat route with only about 60 feet of elevation gain per loop, staying on the shoulder of the roadway against traffic, with all left-hand turns except one crossing point to return to the Community Room. What truly sets the Frozen 50K apart is its flexible format: participants can decide on race day to complete anywhere from one to ten loops (5K to 50K), with no strict cut-off times. All breaks taken are included in your overall finish time, encouraging a relaxed yet challenging experience.
