Gobbler 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon

Lace up your running shoes for the Gobbler 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, set to take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in Jackson, TN. This popular event, part of the US Road Running Race Series, offers a vibrant and festive atmosphere for runners of all levels. Participants can choose their challenge from a 5K, 10K, or the demanding 13.1-mile half marathon, all starting promptly at 8:30 AM CST from North Park at 210 Demonbreun Drive, with the starting line conveniently located next to the playground.

The Gobbler features a scenic, paved out-and-back course designed for personal bests and enjoyable strides. The 5K entails two loops of a 1.56-mile section, the 10K covers four loops, and half marathoners will complete six loops of a longer 2.18-mile segment. Typical race day conditions in mid-November bring pleasant highs around 62°F and lows near 37°F, with a minimal 14% chance of precipitation, providing ideal running weather.
