Good Hops 5k'ish Beer Run 2026

Lace up your trail shoes for the 11th annual Good Hops 5k'ish Beer Run on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in scenic Carolina Beach, NC. This celebrated "Will Run for Beer" event offers a unique 3-mile (5k-ish) trail experience, starting and finishing at Good Hops Brewing. The course winds entirely through the beautiful Carolina Beach State Park, presenting runners and walkers with a 100% natural trail of single track, soft sand, roots, and uneven ground, promising an engaging challenge for all skill levels. Participants will gather at the brewery before a police-assisted crossing of Dow Road to access the greenway, leading to the "lollipop" shaped trail course with one water station roughly halfway through.

Runners can anticipate typical mid-June coastal Carolina conditions, with highs around 89°F and lows near 71°F, alongside an 18% chance of precipitation, suggesting warm and potentially humid weather.
