The course features a gorgeous and well-marked 7.8-mile loop, mostly shaded and winding near the stunning Canyon Lake shoreline with a good mix of technical trails along the Madrone Trail. Runners can expect breathtaking views and a truly engaging trail experience.

This inaugural Canyon Park trail race, organized in partnership with the renowned Tejas Trails, promises world-class course markings and exceptional staff and volunteer support, fostering a friendly and supportive environment for every athlete's journey. Aid stations are generously stocked with ample food, drinks, and ice around the halfway point of each loop, complemented by additional water and ice stations to keep you cool. Typical race day conditions include highs around 94F and lows around 71F, with a 9% chance of precipitation, making the shaded portions of the course particularly welcome.
