GreenFest on the Greenbelt

Lace up your trail shoes for the GreenFest on the Greenbelt, an exhilarating celebration of health, wellness, and community set for Saturday, April 11, 2026, in beautiful Aubrey, Texas. Offering 10K, 5K, and 1M distances, this event promises a unique off-road experience for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities, with dogs on leashes also welcome to join in the fun. The 5K and 10K courses are almost entirely off-road, guiding participants along the scenic Greenbelt Trail, across the historic Elm Fork Bridge, and through picturesque equestrian paths. The 5K serves as an excellent introduction to trail running, while the 10K offers a slightly more adventurous challenge with sections that are a bit more technical than the traditional Greenbelt surface. Packet pick-up is available the day before or on race morning before the 1 Mile Fun Run at 8:00 AM CDT, 10K at 9:00 AM CDT, and 5K at 9:15 AM CDT.
