Heart and Sole 5K

Lace up for a vibrant start to National Heart Health Month at the 21st Annual Heart and Sole 5K and 1 Mile, taking place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in sunny Goodyear, AZ. This well-established community event, hosted at the scenic Goodyear Ballpark, invites runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to join in a morning of fitness, community, and fun. The 5K course, which also includes a unique Rucking Division for those seeking an extra challenge, features an asphalt terrain starting just south of the Goodyear Ballpark Stadium. Participants will enjoy a smooth, relatively flat route along S Wood Blvd, W Lower Buckeye Parkway, and S Bullard Ave, with one water station conveniently located at the 1.5-mile mark. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or enjoying a leisurely stroll, the Heart and Sole event is professionally timed and culminates back at Goodyear Ballpark.
