Heart to Heart 5K/10K

Lace up for the 20th Annual Heart to Heart 5K/10K, a vibrant and welcoming race set to take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Creve Coeur, MO. This beloved community event offers both a 5K and a 10K distance, making it perfect for runners and walkers of all levels, including families with strollers and leashed dogs who are invited to join the fun at the back of the pack. Starting at 7:30 a.m. at Millennium Park, this race provides a fantastic opportunity to kick off your summer with a heart-healthy morning.

The scenic course begins and ends at Millennium Park, winding through the charming Creve Coeur neighborhoods. Runners can anticipate a route that offers pleasant views and often features mature trees providing welcome shade, creating an enjoyable experience. The 10K distance thoughtfully comprises two loops of the 5K course. Hydration is well-supported with water stations available along the course. Typical race day conditions in early June see highs around 85°F and lows around 66°F, with a 17% chance of precipitation.

Participants in the Heart to Heart 5K/10K will receive a participation medal and a high-performance t-shirt, while supplies last. Awards are presented to the top male and female overall finishers, as well as top performers in each age group.
