Hispanic Heritage 5K

Step onto the starting line for the vibrant Hispanic Heritage 5K, an electrifying celebration of culture, community, and fitness in scenic Cape Coral, Florida. Taking place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, this 5K race invites runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to immerse themselves in a lively atmosphere at Rotary Park, the central hub for the start and finish. More than just a race, the Hispanic Heritage 5K is a true cultural showcase, building on the success of its inaugural event which drew over 300 participants. Runners are encouraged to proudly represent their heritage by wearing Hispanic-themed outfits and bringing flags of their chosen country, an option available during registration. After crossing the chip-timed finish line, where all finishers receive a commemorative medal and event shirt, the celebration continues with an after-party featuring an array of gastronomic delights from on-site food trucks, offering everything from Dominican Chimi to authentic Mexican dishes.
