Huff N' Puff Trail Races

Lace up for an unforgettable trail adventure at the Huff N' Puff Trail Races, set to challenge runners on January 17, 2026, in Jackson, GA. Hosted by Revolution Running, this event offers a Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5K, providing a perfect escape from the asphalt and into the beauty of Dauset Trails Nature Center. Runners can expect a demanding yet rewarding experience on mostly single-track trails, navigating rolling hills, roots, rocks, and various technical sections. The scenic course winds alongside creeks and through lush wooded areas, offering glimpses of local wildlife such as deer or raccoons, making for a truly immersive nature run.

Prepare for typical race day conditions with highs around 57°F and lows near 29°F, and a 15% chance of precipitation, creating a brisk and invigorating atmosphere. The Half Marathon features one aid station passed at approximately mile 4 and 9.5, while Marathon participants will find two separate aid stations at miles 4, 9.5, 13.1, 17, and 23, with crew access and drop bag options at the halfway point for marathoners. This is a cupless race, so all marathon and half marathon runners are required to carry their own hydration.

The Huff N' Puff Trail Races are renowned for their challenging course and welcoming atmosphere, established first in 2015. All finishers will be awarded a unique and awesome medal, and new for 2026, all participants will receive a lightweight hoodie. After conquering the trails, celebrate your accomplishment with post-race beverages and warm food.
