ICCS Panther Run

Lace up for a vibrant community event at the annual ICCS Panther Run, set to take place on Sunday, March 1, 2026, in picturesque Lake Charles, LA. This family-friendly event offers distances for every runner, including a challenging 10K, an invigorating 5K, and a festive 1-Mile Color Run. Participants will wind through the charming streets of the historic Margaret Place District and along the scenic Shell Beach Drive, offering flat and fast courses ideal for achieving personal bests or enjoying a leisurely stroll.

The 10K and 5K routes both kick off from Wilson Avenue, leading runners towards and along Shell Beach Drive, with water stations strategically placed at the turnaround points to keep you hydrated. For a splash of fun, the 1-Mile Color Run guides participants through a unique course that finishes back at the starting line. Beyond the run, the event is part of the larger ICCS Fest, creating a lively atmosphere for all. Typical race day conditions in early March often see comfortable highs around 70°F and lows around 51°F, with a low chance of precipitation, providing excellent running weather.

Supporting the faculty, staff, and children of Immaculate Conception Cathedral School, the ICCS Panther Run is more than just a race; it's a cherished community gathering.
