The course winds through approximately 13 miles of scenic, fast-flowing singletrack trails within Greenwood/Ashworth Park and the Raccoon River flood plain, encompassing areas like Rollercoaster, Hillside, and Denman's Woods. Runners will navigate easy to moderately challenging terrain, including appealing climbs and descents through an urban forest, providing a dynamic and engaging experience. Typical race day conditions in early April feature comfortable highs around 59F and lows near 38F, with a minimal 12% chance of precipitation.
