Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness 5K/10K

Lace up your running shoes for the 15th annual Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness 5K/10K, taking place on July 11, 2026, in scenic Cook Park, Tigard, Oregon, just outside Portland. This uplifting event offers a range of distances for every participant, including a 5K Run, 10K Run, a 5K Walk, and even an 800M Kids Run, a 100M Diaper Dash, and a 10K Relay, alongside virtual options.
