LBL Bridge to Bridge Trail Run

Prepare for an exhilarating journey through the stunning Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area at the LBL Bridge to Bridge Trail Run on October 17, 2026, in Hardin, KY. This unique point-to-point 22K (13.6 mile) race offers runners a diverse and incredibly scenic course, beginning on the Canton side of the Lake Barkley Bridge and culminating at the Kentucky Lake Bridge. The final 1.8 miles return to pavement, guiding you to the finish line on the west side of Eggner's Ferry Bridge at Kentucky Lake. Throughout your run, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of both Lake Barkley and Kentucky Lake, with opportunities to spot local wildlife in the hardwood forest setting. Aid stations, providing water and potentially other refreshments, are strategically placed approximately every two miles along the Central Hardwood Trail to keep you fueled.
