Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon

Prepare for an exhilarating challenge at the Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, set to take place on June 6, 2026, in sunny Tallahassee, FL. This event promises a unique trail running experience for athletes of all levels. Runners will navigate scenic out-and-back courses, primarily on non-hard surfaces, winding through the beautiful Miccosukee Canopy Road Greenway or JR Alford Greenway. The courses are designed with multiple loops to achieve the desired distance, offering a continuous and engaging run amidst Florida's natural beauty.

The race kicks off bright and early at 8:00 AM, a strategic start to beat the typical race day conditions in early June, where highs can reach around 91°F and lows hover near 70°F. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes prior, and runners must register beforehand on RunSignup as there is no on-site registration. Participants will have a generous 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete their chosen distance.

Beyond the personal challenge, the Medal Madness series is renowned for its festive atmosphere. Every finisher earns a unique, themed medal to commemorate their achievement.
