The 5K course offers a scenic journey through Detroit, starting and finishing at the beautiful Roosevelt Park. Runners will explore Southwest Detroit, enjoy a "jaunt" through Ralph C. Wilson Park, and make their way back to the iconic Michigan Central Station via the Southwest Detroit Greenway. This route provides an engaging urban landscape with park views, ideal for those seeking a relatively flat and enjoyable run or walk. Typical race day conditions in early May feature pleasant highs around 68°F and lows around 48°F, with only a 17% chance of precipitation, ensuring comfortable weather for participants and pets alike.
