Move with Moosic 5K

Lace up for the inaugural Move with Moosic 5K, a brand new community event taking place on June 7, 2026, in Moosic, PA. This exciting 5K run/walk offers a fantastic opportunity to kick off your summer and contribute to a great cause, with all proceeds dedicated to reimagining and rejuvenating the green spaces within Moosic Borough. Starting and finishing at the Moosic Youth Center on Main Street, the course promises a scenic tour of the town. Runners will wind through Main Street and Minooka Avenue to Felter Field, passing significant local landmarks such as the Moosic High Alumni Memorial and Edmond Piaski Park on Elm Street, before ascending Spring Street to Mary Ann Nawrocki Park and looping back to the Youth Center for a celebratory finish.

Participants can expect typical race day conditions to be pleasant, with historical highs around 78°F and lows around 56°F, and only an 18% chance of precipitation. This community-focused event is designed for all ages and fitness levels, encouraging both runners and walkers to enjoy the local charm. Your registration includes a commemorative t-shirt, and medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in various age groups.
