Muddy Princess

Get ready for an exhilarating "girls' dirty day out" at Muddy Princess, a 5K obstacle mud run exclusively for women, taking place on August 16, 2026, at Pop's Landing at Haddix Farms in Glencoe, KY. This event is designed for Princesses of all sizes, ages (7 and up), and fitness levels, focusing on fun and teamwork rather than fastest times or competition. Expect typical race day conditions in mid-August with highs around 86F and lows around 65F, accompanied by a 13% chance of precipitation, setting the perfect scene for a muddy adventure.

The 5K course is packed with 18-20 unique obstacles that promise laughter and challenges. Participants will run, walk, crawl, climb, slide, balance, and wade through mud and water. Expect to navigate rope climbs, net crawls, tire towers, balance beams, and thrilling water slides, ensuring a truly immersive muddy experience. To keep you energized, hydration points will be available along the course. After conquering the final obstacle, a rinse-off station is available to wash away the mud.

Muddy Princess is renowned for its supportive and empowering atmosphere, fostering camaraderie among women as they help each other over obstacles and celebrate every muddy accomplishment. Spectators are welcome at no additional fee to cheer on their Princesses from the vibrant Village area, which often features food and drink stalls. Beyond the fun, the event proudly partners with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, with a portion of every ticket supporting breast health education, early detection, and vital assistance to women facing breast cancer.
